Stonehill Park, Castle Donnington

This project comprised the construction of a new 55,000ft2 manufacturing facility.  The works included specialist racking with mezzanine floors and extensive external works, roadways and landscaping

MPP undertook a Purchaser Representative role during the initial construction stage and a full Employer’s Agent role including project management and quantity surveying services in relation to the fitting out works
