This design and build project comprises the conversion and full refurbishment of an existing manufacturing facility into a new advanced manufacturing composite technologies pre-production research and development facility.  The works included structural alterations including significant equipment infrastructure works, full services renewal, including in relation to critical temperature controlled environments and plant and equipment installations, as well as clean rooms, office and welfare areas and mains supplies upgrade works including a new HV sub-station

MPP have provided a full Lead Consultant service comprising an initial full pre-contract design services, design watching brief post contract, project management, quantity surveying services and full management and co-ordination of all new plant & equipment installations

This is one of numerous projects MPP have successfully undertaken for Rolls-Royce PLC over the last 20+ years
