Lace Market Hotel

This project comprised the conversion, alteration, refurbishment and extension of an existing dilapidated office building within a city centre conservation area.  The works have been carried out over a number of contracts and phases to provide a luxury boutique townhouse hotel including a fine dining restaurant with full kitchen facilities, a contemporary bar area and meeting rooms.  The most recent phase has included the refurbishment of an adjacent inn to provide an additional bar area to the hotel and also included additional bedrooms, staff accommodation and additional meeting rooms.

MPP have undertaken a number or roles here including a full Employer’s Agent role including project management and quantity surveying services
