Arnold Market Place

MPP provided pre and post-construction services for the Arnold Market Place development. Our role involved Project Management, Cost Management and NEC supervisor role. MPP coordinated all aspects of the construction management process including financial reporting, management of the main contractor and undertaking quality inspections

The council’s capital programme budget funded the regeneration scheme for the new two-storey building which will be home to enterprising startup business units, top floor commercial space, local post office and a multiuse contemporary urban square. MPP delivered the scheme within the programme and budget providing added value for the Client

The scheme widely benefited the local community and the future of businesses surrounding the high street
