Advanced Manufacturing Facility

This £50m design and build project comprised the construction of a new 350,000ft2 Global Engineering Centre of Excellence to accommodate 2,200 staff.  The works included manufacturing, office and administration, kitchen, dining and welfare areas and extensive site works.

MPP provided a full Project Management service including design watching brief post contract) and principal designer services.

MPP also undertook the full management and co-ordination of the c£50m fitting out of the facility including the management and co-ordination of all services and new plant & equipment installations, catering facilities and office fit outs.
