This project comprises the full refurbishment of an existing 22,500ft2 office building

MPP undertook a full Employer’s Agent role on this project including project management and quantity surveying services in relation to fitting out and refurbishment of all communal areas.  In addition, MPP also undertook a monitoring role in relation to the remaining fit out works carried out for the NHS as Tenant by their own framework contractors
